• Please fill out the second form below for specific invoice requirements.

• To confirm your attendance, kindly deposit the applicable fee directly into the bank account indicated on the invoice — either by bank deposit, electronic fund transfer (EFT) or PayPal (on request) — and submit the proof of payment (with your unique invoice code as reference) to sasaqs.treasurer@gmail.com
