Registration procedure:

• Please fill in the below registration form before 17 October 2021.

• An official invoice, with banking details, will subsequently be emailed to you to confirm your successful registration.

• To confirm your attendance, kindly deposit the applicable fee directly into the bank account indicated on the invoice — either by bank deposit, electronic fund transfer (EFT) or PayPal (on request) — and submit the proof of payment (with your unique invoice code as reference) to sasaqs.treasurer@gmail.com

Registration fees:

 

The registration fee for attendees will be R500 per person.

Participation packs:

​

All registered participants will receive a complimentary conference participation pack. This participation pack will be sent to your institution (or nearest pick up point) and will contain a branded SASAqS buff (one size fits all), as well as other surprise treats to make your online conference experience more enjoyable.

Participation bags will be limited to South African based institutes only. Please ensure the address used for registration is accurate for this purpose.
