Abstracts in all fields of the aquatic sciences (freshwater, estuarine and marine) are invited and can be submitted for consideration either as oral or poster presentations.

Due to time constraints, please note that there is no guarantee that your preferred format will be awarded.

 

Sessions:

We are opening a call for session in thematic areas (Marine, eDNA, Wetland, Lentic/lotic, conservation etc..) please email us your interest in putting a session together (sasaqs2025@gmail.com).

Abstract Submission Information:

• The deadline for abstract submission by 11 April 2025. 

• The maximum number of words in the abstract is 300.

• Please ensure that the email addresses that you submitted are correct as these addresses will be used in all correspondence and acceptance notifications.

• Late submissions will not be considered.

• Please use the formatting in the template provided below and complete all of the required information.

• Email the completed abstract form to sasaqs2025@gmail.com

 

Presentation Information:

• Oral presentations:

  • Presentations will be limited to 12 minutes, with 3 minutes for questions.

• Posters:

  • Posters should be A0 in portrait (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm tall).
